Investing in Zimbabwe

One of the Company's key assets and major strengths are the Company's management, Board of Directors and Advisory Board which are comprised of individuals with extensive experience in the North American and European financial markets encompassing corporate finance, corporate acquisitions and disposals, equity financing and new issues, particularly in mining projects - their sourcing, operation, design, implementation and financing. The Company's principals enjoy extensive contacts throughout the mining and finance markets of Europe and North America in all of the major financial centres. It is this combination of knowledge and experience which should contribute to the successful implementation of the Company's core strategy and build significant value for its shareholders.

Clive de Larrabeiti, is the founding shareholder and has been the CEO and President of Mayfair since its inception. He has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry and public equity markets, both in Europe and North America. He began his career in the financial industry as a stockbroker in Vancouver, Canada and was subsequently based in London, England, where he established the UK branch office of a Vancouver-based investment banking boutique, as the Managing Director. Prior to the founding of Mayfair he served as a senior officer and director of a number of Canadian public companies and, as a consultant, advised companies in the areas of financial, corporate and project management. During his career, he has forged strong and lasting relationships throughout the international financial and mining communities and these relationships should assist the company in its planned growth and future development. He is a resident of the UK.

Peter Mills became an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1973 and became a Fellow of The Institute in 1979. He has practiced as an accountant for the past 32 years, principally as a partner in his own Chartered Accounting and Registered Auditing firm and more recently as Chief Financial Officer for Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc., a position he has held since 2007. He is a resident of Australia.

Peter will assist the CEO and President of the Company in the planned acquisition strategy in Zimbabwe. A native of Zimbabwe, Peter worked previously within the Zimbabwean government in the Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture as the Under Secretary in charge of the entire ministry budget and was responsible for preparing the budgets for all state and council schools in Zimbabwe.

Prior to this, he was employed as the Senior Accountant in the Zimbabwe Treasury Department at the Accountant General's Office within the Ministry of Finance, Harare, where his duties included accounting for all donor funded programs and reviewing the financial statements of the various funded projects of the National Development Fund. He was also involved in Policy and Regulation, up-dating and reviewing government finance policies and ensuring the various ministries were adhering to accounting procedures. As part of the team in Government Accounting Services, he was responsible for updating parliament of government assets and their current value and reviewed the financial performance of state enterprises and parastatals.

Peter holds an MSc degree in finance at the University of Leicester and a BA in Business Studies at the University of Derby in the UK. He is a resident of Leicester and is currently the Managing Director of GZP Products and the CEO of Blowline Investments, a Zimbabwean registered company. He is a resident of the UK.

Paul Chung is a professional geologist who received a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1981. He also qualified as an MBA at Athabasca University, Alberta, Canada in 2001. During his career, he has served and advised as a private and public company director and Chief Financial Officer to a number of junior mining companies in North America. Paul has been a Director of Mayfair Mining & Minerals, Inc. since inception. He is a resident of Vancouver, Canada.
